In fact the IBPS CWE exam 2011 is the first incident in the history of bank job exams in India where the top nineteen private sector banks in India are coming up together through the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection or IBPS to conduct the bank recruitment Common Written Examination or bank CWE. Ms.Rashmi Saini
Congrats for clearing your IBPS exam. With regard to your query, after clearing the IBPS CWE exam, the next process is that, if you have achieved the minimum qualifying marks, you will get IBPS scorecard. Then you have to look for recruitment notifications from each participating public sector banks of IBPS. They will indicate their vacancy position, eligibility criteria, and minimum qualifying IBPS scores etc.

If you have met the said eligibility, CWE scores etc, you can go ahead to apply for any participating banks as you wish, mentioning your personal details and your CWE scores. Then the bank will shortlist the candidates according to the CWE scores and educational qualifications and carry out their own selection process which includes GD and Personal interviews for final recruitment. Here you can refer for bank jobs notifications.
