A total of 400 vacancies exists for the post of probationary clerks at South Indian Bank. The candidate needs to have a graduation with minimum of 50% of marks in Science Stream or 45% marks in other streams from a recognized university, and the candidate needs to have good proficiency in computer operations are eligible to apply for SIB probationary clerk jobs.

The age limit for SIB Probationary clerks job should be between 20 to 26. For SC/ST candidates the age limit will be relaxed by five years.
