MSRTC Result 2012 – MSRTC Drivers, Conductors, Clerk Typist Results Online 2012


The MSRTC MKCL ORG Results 2012 has been declared. The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation has announced the results of MSRTC Drivers, Conductors and Clerks online. The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) organized for the MSRTC Examination in October 2012 in common for all the conductors, drivers and clerk typist who applied for various job positions across the cities of Maharashtra. It was a written examination that was conducted by the Government of the respective state. The various positions in which recruitment process was announced earlier attracted many applications; hence it was decided to launch MSRTC 2012 Exam in order to recruit people from a bulk number to avoid the hesitations.

MSRTC Recruitments 2012 posts details


Earlier when Maharashtra Government announced the recruitment process by publishing in various newspapers across the state, it was stated that a good number of posts were declared that were to be recruited through the process. So the same was to be recruited through one common exam, and here are the breakup of the posts and their respective number of vacancies announced:

1. Conductors: Number of posts declared is 19789 in number
2. Driver: The number of posts to be recruited is 8948 in number
3. Assistant: Posts available are 2658 in number
4. Clerk Typist: 1936 posts to be recruited

The basic eligibility and qualifications announced for these posts were common which was a pass required in Class 10th. A diploma in professional field would be an ideal for every candidate giving them a higher preference.

MSRTC 2012 Recruitment Places for the above posts


The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation will be recruiting for the above posts in the following locations:

1. Akola
2. Amravati
3. Ahmednagar
4. Osmanabad
5. Aurangabad
6. Kolhapur
7. Jalgaon
8. Jalna
9. Dhule
10. Nagpur
11. Nashik
12. Nanded
13. Thane
14. Parbhani
15. Pune
16. Beed
17. Buldhana
18. Bhandara
19. Chandarapur

These were the places were all the post will be divided according to a fixed ratio in number. However candidates getting a higher score in MSRTC 2012 Exam will be given higher preference of their own choice to select their location of the job as per their convenience.

MSRTC 2012 Results Online and obtaining Result Card


The MSRTC Results for the year 2012-13 recruitment process is being announced one by one. By far the results of clerks, drivers and conductors have been announced, so that candidates can get a quick access to their Results for the further process of recruitment. The desired candidates will have to check their Results online to get a brief idea about their cut-off scores and available vacancies after multiple rounds of selections. The results will be announced district wise and the same shall be published at the official website of MSRTC Recruitments. Desired Candidates shall check their results with their respective roll numbers given to them to obtain their results.

In order to obtain their Result Card immediately, there has been no access as such given to the candidates. But for the further rounds of interviews and all, candidates can download their respective result cards online from the MSRTC website and show it as a proof of their identity and marks. The MSRTC team will send the offline scorecards individually to every candidate and the same shall reach to everyone by the end of December 2012. The result card will be mandatory for further rounds, so just remember to get that online atleast to have a move on.

MSRTC 2012 Recruitment selection process and placement


The results obtained for each and every candidate shall be accessed by the MSRTC team and a general list will be published. There will be different list for the respective categories – General list, SC/ST Candidates list, OBC Candidate list. So candidates will be getting a general idea of their marks and the cutt off scores generated for their respective categories. Taking a note of that, MSRTC will provide a respective date of interview with the panel of Government officers where only particular number of candidates will be appearing for a specific date and period of time. This recruitment process shall occur at the MSRTC headquarters in Maharashtra for about 10 days of time.

The placement of the candidates shall be based on their scores and academic performance and how well candidate grooves up in the interview. A higher MSRTC Exam score will be beneficial to all the candidates as it will help them choose their own respective district of their choice. Candidates receiving a lower marks, shall have to be content with the offered seat in vacant districts left over provided they qualify in the MSRTC exam.
