Kerala HS / VHSS Plus Two revised curriculum

As per the latest updates from SCERT, Higher Secondary (HS) and Vocational Higher Secondary Schools (VHSS) in Kerala, it has decided to get revised curriculum for both HS and VHSS. The decision was taken during a State School Curriculum Steering Committee meeting held at the SCERT.

Kerala Plus Two for HS and VHSS to get revised curriculum from next year


According to the statement of Director Dr Raveendran Nair (SCERT), the textbooks for 37 subjects of the second year HSS / Higher Secondary School is going to be revised by SCERT and it is made available from next academic year.

Following that, the school-level time table also going to be revised. Accordingly, the curriculum committee has reviewed and approved the time table for it, which has been revised by SCERT by allotting separate class hours for arts and physical education.

The curriculum meeting was held in SCERT and attended by Education Minister Abdu Rabb, SCERT Director Dr Raveendran Nair, Vocational Higher Secondary Director P K Mohanan, Higher Secondary Director Sajuddin and General Education Additional Director N Rajan.
